Preparation And Properties Of A New High Temperature Resistant High Strength Phosphate Cementitious Material

There are two main types of gelling agent application most,a gelling agent is a delegate with clay;A gelling agent of silicate inorganic adhesive.The former because of low efficiency,need to be mixed with coal cutting,can cause pollution to the environment,the latter due to breakup sex difference,aging,difficult to remove the factors,such as not large area promotion.At this time in urgent need of a new type of inorganic gelled material instead.Phosphate because has the advantages of non-toxic,tasteless,pollution-free and attention.Metallurgy new materials of hubei university of technology institute of you-shou zhang,Xia Lou,Huang Jin professor of phosphate binder applied to do a lot of research work,through to the aluminum phosphate binder respectively add boric acid and magnesium carbonate modifier,not only make the aluminum phosphate self-hardening sand moisture resistance was significantly improved,also greatly improve the storage stability of aluminum phosphate binder.This article with H₃PO₄,H₃PO₄ Al₂O_,H₃PO₄ Al?OH?3 series,respectively,on the basis of Al₂O by adding filler,curing agent ZnO,MgO style.The curing process of phosphate cement materials is studied,and the shear strength,heat resistance and other properties.By contrast,found that MgO style curing agent is the most lively,the phosphate gellant various performance is better also.Of phosphate microstructure by scanning electron microscopy?sem?observation,and the mechanism is analyzed.This paper also focuses on the basic material of phosphate cement materials formula,phosphate gelled material formula on the curing time and curing temperature,shear strength,the effect of high temperature resistant performance,on the basis of the examined in part to the preparation of low temperature combustion synthesis of phosphate gelled material to replace the ordinary powder as the change of the preparation of phosphate gel material performance,the experimental results show that by adjusting the makings,filler,curing agent of phosphate gel than column can get the good performance of materials.
