Research On Safety Traceability System Of Food-related Products And Biological Pollution Control Countermeasures

In recent years,food safety problems continue to occur,how to protect food safety has become a common concern of the government and the people,and food safety traceability system as a major food safety "weapon",has been widespread concern.Food-related products as an important part of food safety,the establishment of food-related products food safety traceability system is also imperative,and the traceability system relate to production,warehousing,transportation and others,how to choose the appropriate traceability information point become a challenge to promotion and application the food safety traceability system.The purpose of my paper is to build a food-related products traceability cloud platform which is complete,consistent with the industry chain norms and national standards.To complete the food-related products traceability cloud platform,we need government-led power and all aspects in the industry chain should active participation,while food-related products traceability cloud platform services all food-related products manufacturing enterprises,to provide them a responsible sharing traceability platform.On the other hand,through the integration of raw materials information,accessories information,processing technology information,transportation information and other information resources,connect the information with production enterprises,regulatory authorities and purchaser,and gradually build a comprehensive data information hub which cover from the collection of raw materials to the use of product and a series of related information resource,the final realization of the food-related products throughout the monitoring and accurate query.My paper mainly has five parts of the research content,through the food-related products and their industrial chain research,combined with the source of the technology research,select right traceability technology;through different traceability system for comparative study,food-related products manufacturing enterprises on-site inspection and traceability process analysis to determine the food-related products traceability process;food-related products for microbial culture and bioinformatics analysis,optimization of traceability information points;biological pollution control measures for food-related products,provide control methods and recommendations to the production enterprises;design and implementation of a two-dimensional code for the performance of food-related products traceability cloud platform.In my paper,the food-related product traceability cloud platform compared with other traceability system,did not use the traditional one-dimensional bar code or RFID technology,but chose to form a two-dimensional code,this technology is overcome the traditional traceability technology high cost,different system compatibility is poor,the user acceptance rate is low and other shortcomings.Consumers only need to use their phone scanning the two-dimensional code,then they can the product-related information,and the current use of China’s two-dimensional code is very high,mature technology,easy to use,easy to accept by consumers,while two dimensional codes can also be added security features.Traditional tracing systems often lack the ability to show different source information to different groups of people,such as government regulators,producers and consumers,and the traditional traceability system do not provide solutions.In my paper,the food-related product traceability cloud platform build a "multi-role login" interface,in the system login interface,by selecting the different traceability role,you can enter the corresponding traceability information display interface.At the same time the system enhances the communication between production enterprises and buyers,buyers can order the product through the system to see its production progress.In China,the existing traceability system is huge but its essential function is similar,even for the same type of product has many traceability systems,increasing the difficulty of government regulation.In my paper,the food-related product traceability cloud platform use the "cloud platform" technology,the platform provided to different food-related products manufacturing enterprises to use,facilitate the government regulation,strengthen the government regulators and business dialogue;reduce the cost the enterprise to build a new traceability system;to strengthen the food-related products industry,the exchange of information resources,is conducive to industry development.
