Continuous Basalt Fiber has many excellent properties such as the high temperature resistance,chemical stability,corrosion resistance,low thermal conductivity and so on.And the manufacturing process of it is also harmless to the enviromnent.This is the reason why it has been widely used in the environment.And the temperature control has played a very important role.in the process of producing basalt fiber.Due to the increasing requirements of the general people on the quality of fiber production and the performance,the traditional temperature control method has been difficult to satisfy the requirements of the optimal closed-loop control,especially the temperature control method which is based on pure object model.Intelligent control which does not depend on the model and not based on knowledge provides a new method for solving this kind of problem,and it becomes an important way to improve the quality of processing control at present.According to the Index requirements for manufacturing process of the basalt fiber and the deficiency in the production process at this stage of China,this paper proposes a temperature control system which is faster,more stable and more accurate based on the basalt fiber furnace.The research object of this paper is studying the temperature control system of the basalt fiber Melting Wire drawing.First,it described the functional requirements of the furace temperature control system,which included the process,feeding requirements and technical specifications,design principles and so on.Then it established the mathematical model of the controlled object according to the method of mechanism modeling and practice.Finally it proposed a hybrid algorithm after summarizing the existing temperature control methods,which is the one that the annealing genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy PID control.Through the theoretical analysis,MATLAB simulation and the comparison of several other temperature control method,it obtained that the control algorithm is the effective and feasible.And the control effect of achieving is better.As to the hardware design aspect,it choose to use the S7-300 PLC as the core controller of the temperature control system By configuring the PS307 power module,CPU315C-2PN/DP CPU,SM321/SM322 series DI/DO module,SM334 I/O module,PLC communication module and other functional modules,and comparing,then it selected the B type thermocouple temperature sensor and AI intelligent instrument and other hardware equipment,then realized the control of the whole process and the temperature in using PLC.At the same time,adopting the STEP 7 software and Wince software for programming and configuration on the PLC and the hardware,and selecting the OPC server as a PLC communication mode,finally,it completed the design of basalt fiber temperature control system.
