Continuous annealing furnace is the main equipment for the continuous annealing production line of steel rolling enterprise,which directly affects the quality,output and cost of cold rolled strip.The temperature control of continuous annealing furnace has important significance to increase productivity,improve product quality,reduce production cost and save energy.This article comes from reality,set a continuous annealing furnace of a steel continuous annealing production line as the research background,focused on studing the temperature control system of cold rolling continuous annealing furnace in work field,analyzed the design of gas flow control loop,air traffic control circuit,temperature control circuit and the strip temperature control circuit in temperature control system.Studied the double cross limit combustion control strategy deeply,bring forward the temperature correction ring cascade control scheme.Analyzed and evaluated the effect of the temperature control system,while the system is stabilized,its running effect is great when the PID control precision is betweeną10?.By analyzing the heat transfer process of the heating section of the cold rolling continuous annealing furnace,the proper heat transfer system is established.Study on the radiation heat transfer process of strip in the heating section,deal with the radiation problems of radiation tube by introducing the imaginary surface method and the equivalent planemethod,simplifying the calculation of radiative heat transfer of radiant tube in the furnace,compact strip temperature mechanism model is established.The simulation results show that,the model can accurately reflects the relationship between the temperature of furnace and the temperature of strip,reflecting the characteristics of the actual object much better.Based on the mathematical model,which is established for the heating section of a cold rolling continuous annealing furnace,this article selected the temperature model of the furnace as the main object,designed a kind of PID algorithm based on mind evolutionary algorithm for the continuous annealing furnace temperature control system.Used the ming evolutionary algorithm to optimize the PID parameter,the simulation results show that:the PID controller based on mind evolutionary algorithm(MEA-PID)can effectively solve the problems of conventional PID controller,which has too long regulating time and the temperature curve shocks too large,the system has good dynamic and static performance.After the system is disturbed,it can make a fast response,compared with the conventional PID and the.PID controller based on genetic algorithm(GA-PID),the system has shorter recovery time.In view of the response speed of MEA-PID is not quick enough,anti disturbance performance could be improved,improved and optimized the MEA-PID controller,designed the fuzzy PID algorithm based on self-adjustment mind evolutionary algorithm for the continuous annealing furnace temperature control system.Combined the fuzzy strategy with the PID control method,use self-adjustment mind evolutionary algorithm to optimize the adjustment parameters aij of fuzzy rules,the quantitative factors KE and KEC of deviation E and the variation rate of deviation EC of the fuzzy PID controller.Simulation experimental results show that:the furnace temperature fuzzy PID controller based on self-adjustment mind evolutionary algorithm(SMEA-Fuzzy PID)has faster optimization speed,effectively improve the system response speed and anti disturbance performance.Compared with the furnace temperature control system based on MEA-PID and GA-PID,this system can tracking changes in temperature control system better,response quickly,reduced the influence of the lag characteristics of controlled object to the system,the system has no overshoot.MEA-PID ga-pid of furnace temperature control system based on can better tracking changes in temperature control system,rapid response,reduced the lag of the controlled object characteristics of the system,the system without overshoot.After the system is disturbed,it can make the response more quickly,the ability of restraining the disturbance is strong,and the system has strong robustness.
