Annealing furnace itself is a rather complicated object. It has characters such as nonlinear, time-varying, Using the traditional PID control strategy to control the temperature annealing furnace, because of the difficulty of setting parameters, poor anti-jamming capability, poor adaptability, heavily dependent on the operators of on-site experience and a series of shortcomings, can not achieve modern heat treatment process requirements.Based on the production line of the actual equipment as the research background, through the understanding of bell-type annealing furnace production process and looking up domestic and foreign documents, the batch annealing control method is studied and discussed; full hydrogen bell type furnace annealing process with large time lag, nonlinear and time-varying characteristics, giving the model brings great difficulties, thus this paper is based on the work of annealing furnace the mechanism analysis of mechanism to establish the annealing furnace temperature model; full hydrogen bell type furnace annealing process is a typical complex industrial process, the conventional PID control effect is not ideal, this paper adopts the fuzzy and PID control combining intelligent control algorithm to design the fuzzy PID controller, determining the PID correction parameters of the control valve through fuzzy inference,not only having retained the PID control stability and robustness, but introduced the dynamic characteristic of fuzzy control, intelligent and strong advantages of fast.Using the MATLAB software to carry out the temperature control algorithm simulation in the laboratory and comparing with the PID control,fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control three control methods. Experiments show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm has better applicability in the annealing furnace temperature control system. The research of this paper have played an important role in guiding the production of the industrial site and have created a theoretical basis for the system reform.
