Based on China Industrial Research Network,China Dessert Industry Analysis and Trend Forecast Report 2016 shows that personalized,characteristic and visualized dessert design is a new requirement for consumers to consume dessert."People to food for the day" With the people's economic life and consumption levels continue to improve,the meaning of food has not only fill the stomach,color flavor has become a new measure of food standards.And pastry as a food,has gradually become a part of people's lives.From China's past 20 years pastry industry development point of view,personalized cakes in the gradual replacement of a single pastry.And a pastry works,the color to the people to bring the most direct and most sensitive.As one of the most important visual languages,color plays a very important role in the design of pastry art.Today,the color of the application and development in various industries is not balanced,including the apparel industry,advertising industry,interior design industry,construction industry and other fields of color theory structure has been relatively perfect,and food color field color theory is relatively backward.As one of the most widely used commodities in the food industry,most of the frogs understand the color is not compreh ensive,can not give full attention to the color effect.Therefore,this paper hopes that thro ugh the field study and research on the art of pastry in the past three years,this paper,from the point of view of color matching,clarifies the problems in the design of color matching of pastry and tries to explore English faded sugar art cake color of the law,and then put forward some exploratory color scheme.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background,the related research status at home and abroad,the main content of the thesis and the innovation of the thesis.The second part elaborates the origin and development of the English-The basic theoretical knowledge of color science and the function and importance of color in the art of kiwang art.The third part elaborates the present situation of the market and the problems in the color design of the British sugar-liqueous art cakes.The fourth part The type,steps and techniques of color design.Through the analysis of examples,try to explore the color of the English candy art cakes.The fifth part combines the color of the fourth part of the English color of sugar cakes,made an exploratory color scheme,and draw a representative color map,in an intuitive form of the performance of the British candy art cakes color design.
