Research And Application Of ZIGBEE-based Machine Tool Wireless Sensing System

NC machine tool state data is the basis of workshop information,with the continuous development of manufacturing automation in the production field,the information collection,transmission,analysis and application become more and more important.Most of the NC systems in China rely on imports,and most company are lack of mature information management system,which results in the difficulties of information recording and greatly influences the production efficiency of the enterprise.In this paper,combined with the actual needs of Tianjin automobile mold limited company for the production of information,with the status data acquisition and transmission of NC machine tool as the research object,the paper puts forward the information system of NC machine based on ZigBee wireless sensor network.This paper introduces the research status of NC machine data acquisition and wireless communication technology at home and abroad,puting forward the existing problems in the data acquisition of NC machine,expounding the purpose and significance of the subjec,including the structure of this paper and the main content.This paper analyzes the main types of CNC machine data,and the whole structure of the system is presented according to the data acquisition method.The system uses data acquisition method of macro command and external sensors based on the combination,mainly completes the hardware and software design of the acquisition module,the data processing method and transmission method was studied.And in the acquisition of the temperature,the optimal layout of temperature sensor can satisfy the accuracy of collected data which reflect the spindle's thermal deformation,with providing the conditions for reducing the machining error.Through serial communication technology and macro command acquisition technology,the realization of machine tool spindle speed,switch time,machine tool the processing procedures,parts processing start and end time of data collection is finished.This paper has also carried on the network test and the wireless sensor network based on ZigBee protocol.The wireless node is designed,and the host computer management system is designed,and the human-computer interaction of NC machine condition information system is realized.The results shows that the machine wireless sensing system in this paper can accurately perceive the running state of multiple CNC machine tools,facilitaing the information management of NC workshop,and good scalability,and it has certain research value.
