Carbon AN-VDC fiber has excellent flame retardant and adsorption properties,good insulation,chemical corrosion resistance,so Carbon AN-VDC fiber have broad prospects for development in biochemical protection,environmental protection and other fields.However,Carbon AN-VDC fiber shows that the fiber spinning is difficult and the yarn quality is low because of the high specific resistance,poor friction coefficient,poor crimp stability,low cohesion.Therefore,it is very important to improve the spinnability of the nitrile fiber by surface modification.First,meeting the demand to spinning process of Carbon AN-VDC fiber,and improve its spinnability,electric resistance meter,crimp elastic meter were used to filter the antistatic agent.Then we successfully selected for Carbon AN-VDC fiber spinning oil agent 1#,2#,3#.The effects of oil agent on the surface properties and spinning properties of Carbon AN-VDC fiber were studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),carding tester,dynamic voltage meter and fiber coercive force meter.The results show that the oil agent 2#can effectively improve Carbon AN-VDC fiber spinnability;With the increase of oil content,surface morphology of Carbon AN-VDC fiber changed,wettability,antistatic property,cohesive performance of fiber gradually raised.However relatively high oil content and ambient humidity may cause Carbon AN-VDC fiber to become sticky,easy to wind to cylinder and roller,and unable to form a continuous cotton net.So the ideal Carbon AN-VDC fiber oil content should be 2.0%.Second,in order to reduce the error in the test,the factors that affect the specific resistance of the Carbon AN-VDC fiber are studied.The results show that the specific resistance of the Carbon AN-VDC fiber is very important.The experimental results show that the temperature and humidity of the external environment,the quality of the sample,the instrument at discharge,the humidity of the sample time(T=25±2?,RH=65±2%)fully great influence on the results of the tests,including which the influence of temperature and humidity is the largest.Manufacturers use jute spinning technology(D)to successfully spun yarn(30 Tex linear density and twist of 65 t/10 cm),but production rate is low,waste of raw materials is serious.Therefore,this article adopted the three types of yarn:ordinary ring spun(A),siro spinning(B),compact spinning(C),to spin the same linear density and twist of yarn,and test the yarn strength,hairiness and evenness.Results show that the yarn C has better strength,strength CV value,breaking elongation and the CV value,best evenness,but more hairiness.Comprehensive comparative data,compact spinning yarn performance of spinning is optimal.Finally,the Carbon AN-VDC short fibers with oil agent 2#by 2.0%concentration processing,used to spun yarn E by the compact spinning.Yarn E was tested about strength,hairiness and evenness,and the results compared with performance of yarn D and yarn C.The comparison results show that performance of the yarn E is better than yarn C and yarn D,the oiling agent#2 significantly improved the spinnability of the Carbon AN-VDC fiber.
