As a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber,viscose fiber has been used in the field of spinning for a long time.Because of its good fiber properties has been used as the main spinning fiber for human beings.Due to the limitation of spinning technology,it is mainly used in traditional ring-spinning and rotor-spinning,so the viscose fiber specification is mainly used in ring-spinning.With the development of Science and technology,new spinning technology has been born.One of the representative is the Japanese Murata Company invented the Jet Vortex Spinning.AIR-JET VORTEX SPINNING IS AN efficient spinning method developed by Murata Corporation at the beginning of this century based on air-jet spinning.Because of the difference in principle between air-jet Vortex Spinning and ring-spinning,the degree of twist in air-jet Vortex spinning is different from that in ring-spinning.Therefore,in order to improve the production and yarn quality of VISCOSE FIBER AIR-JET VORTEX spinning yarn.In order to improve the industrial development of viscose fiber,it is necessary to optimize the geometric shape of viscose fiber by air-jet Vortex Spinning.The purpose of this research is to find out a more accurate representation of twist of air-jet Vortex spinning yarn by observing the structure of air-jet Vortex spinning yarn with electron microscope.Based on the study of the properties of viscose fiber,this paper analyzes the influence of the geometric shape of viscose fiber and the technology of air-jet Vortex Spinning on the quality of the yarn,in order to improve the industrial production of viscose production and air-jet Vortex spinning yarn manufacturers output and quality,thus improving enterprise efficiency.In this paper,the twist of air-jet Vortex Spinning yarn is measured by image method,and the method that the number of inner and outer layers of yarn is used to describe the twist of the yarn is put forward to provide the necessary theoretical basis for further research on the spinnability of viscose fiber.This paper analyzes the viscose fiber air-jet Vortex spinning yarn with different length gradient and different linear density gradient by means of experiment detection and data comprehensive analysis,and makes grey comprehensive judgment on the yarn testing results,finally,the ideal spinning model of viscose fiber is established,and the twisting characteristics of air-jet Vortex Spinning are studied in this paper,the YARN QUALITY OF AIR-JET VORTEX SPINNING under different pressure gradient is analyzed,and the optimum pressure setting in spinning process is found out.Conclusion: It is scientific and feasible to measure the twist of air-jet Vortex spinning yarn by image method.There is a correlation between the ratio of inner and outer fiber and the twist degree of air-jet Vortex spinning yarn.In the aspect of length and fineness,the yarn quality and length fineness of viscose fiber under air-jet Vortex spinning have the trend of increasing at first and then decreasing,the peak value of length is 38 mm,the peak value of fineness is 1.55 dtex,the ideal spinning model of air-jet Vortex spinning is 38 mm 1.55 dtex,and the air pressure at the nozzle is obviously related to the yarn quality,and the optimum air pressure setting is 0.54 MPA.
