When regional major natural disaster and security incident occur,the high-efficiency rescue is an important guarantee of reducing casualties.One of the important guarantee to realize the efficientregional rescue is to master the number of people in the area where disaster and incident occur.At present,in the face of the serious situation that disaster and incident frequently occur in our country and even in the whole of the world,we can optimize the rescue plan by mastering the regional distribution information of personnel to ensure people's safety,which has scientific significance and practical value.This thesis uses regional architecture as distribution space of personnel.Based on the effectiveness that personnel on space evaluation,the distribution probability is calculated.Next,combining the overall number of personnel in the area,this thesis eventually transforms individual disorder of personnel distribution into group ordering to realize the statistics of the number of personnel in various spaces in the area.The major researching work of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of mathematical statistics,probability can be used to analyzes the out-of-order distribution of individuals,while the mathematical expectation can be used to describe the distribution of a large number of groups,and illustrates the transformation mechanism of the distribution from individuals to groups.(2)Based on the back-and-forth relationship of origin destination of individuals' range of activities,this thesis treats personnel's residential space as the starting point,illustrates the transformation mechanism from several-round range to single-round range,and combines the principle of 5km radius of life and the principle of homogeneity traffic district division,offering theoretical foundation for the confirmation of area study.(3)Through personnel's utility evaluation on space,this thesis puts forward that"gravitation" exists between the two.By using utility value to express the magnitude of"gravitation" and using utility as intermediary,the transformation of "gravitation" model to distribution probability can be realized.What's more,this thesis discusses the influence of the size differences of usable area in the same architectural space on distribution probability,and treats the ratio of the usable area of each architecture to the total area of same space as weighting coefficient of distribution probability.(4)Based on utility theory,this thesis studies the relation between personnel and space.By comparing personnel's subjective preference to each attribute of space,the thesis obtains the weight value and membership degrees in different period of time.Based on the fuzzy mathematical method,the computation model of utility value under the influence of time can be obtained,which can confirm space's utility value on personnel in different period of time.Thereby,this thesis quantifies personnel's subjective evaluation on space.
