Electrochemistry biosensors as a branch of biosensors,Can transfer the biological or chemical,signal to electronic signal.In some fields such as biomedical,clinical diagnosis and environmental analysis has been widely used.The electrochemical biosensor has the characteristics of simple operation,low production cost and can be used for real-time detection.Especially,the electrochemical biosensor based on the screen printed techniques can be achieved industrial mass production has attracted a lot of attention.The sensor are simple,rapid and accurate in analysis,with its great potential to detect in-site and exchange information by wireless network.The preparation of small portable electrochemical biosensor is a trend of future development.Therefore,the research on electrochemical biosensor based on screen-printed electrode will expand the application of biosensors.This paper studied the following content based on screen-printed technology.?1?The influence of the process of screen printing frame preparation,carbon paste printed process in screen printing to the screen printed electrode performance was investigated,and the optimum process conditions were determined.The electrodes of different batches of electrodes were characterized with the measurements of resistance to build the quality control methods of the screen printed electrode.The cyclic voltammetry was employed to test the electrode.The results showed that there was an oxidation-reduction reaction of potassium ferricyanide?K3[Fe?CN?6]?in the screen printed electrode surface,the electrode has good electron transfer properties.?2?The screen printed electrode mixed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes?MWNTs?as the oxidant was fabricated.The electrochemical oxidized behavior of uric acid?UA?and dopamine at the as-prepared electrode was investigated.By using the novel electrode,the concentration of UA and DA can be measured without uric acid oxidase.The results revealed that the sensor can improve the sensitivity of UA detection,By using differential scanning linear voltammetry method 0.5 times?LSV?current and uric acid?UA?concentration in 10 ?mol·L-1?1.5 mmol·L-1 within the scope of the linear relationship between the detection limit for 3 ?mol·L-1,The preparation of screen printed electrode was simple,good reproducibility,and can eliminate the inference of ascorbic acid?AA?and 5 hydroxy tryptamine effectively.The method was successfully applied to detect actual samples UA.?3?The screen printed electrode mixed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes?MWNTs?as the oxidant was fabricated,the electrochemical behavior of VC,VB2,VB6 was studied.And the influence of the reaction,scan rate,pH,temperature,the witting time on the influence of the sensor.By cyclic voltammetry?CV?and linear voltammetry?LSV?test oxidation of three kinds of current,can find effective detection of three kinds of material at the same time,VB2 controlled by adsorption,VC,VB6 is controlled by diffusion.And the sensor has advantages of good reproducibility and stability,and successfully applied to the actual sample detection.
