As people attach importance to the safety of infant milk powder, infant milk powderto highlight the growing status of chemical analysis,and vitamins in infant formula milkpowder is an important nutrient, so its accurate and rapid analysis becomes moreimportant.This thesis developed a HPLC method for simultaneous determination Fat-solubleVitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin E and β-carotene in infant milk powder. In the method,the analysis column is revered-phase column of Zorbax NH(5um,4.6mm×250mmi.d).The mobile phase is Methanol: n-Hexane: MTBE (3:750:250,V/V)–n-Hexane withgradient elution, the flow is1.5ml/min,the column temperature is25℃,and the injectionvolume is100μL. The limit of the determinations were between0.0001mg/kg to0.02mg/kg, Overall recoveries were between95%and101%, and RSD%(n=4)value werebetween0.4%and0.06%. The results showed that the method was sensitive, accurate,convenient and quick, which can be used to detect simultaneously the Vitamin A VitaminE andβ-carotene in infant milk powder.
