Flexible electronics is a new technology.The development of flexible electronic technology is likely to bring about an electronic technology revolution,Flexible electronic technology will greatly change our lives.Early researchers tried to replace traditional inorganic semiconductors with flexible organic materials.Now,the main design is to place inorganic semiconductors on top of flexible organic,Through the design of mechanical structure and flexibility of substrate to achieve the overall can be extended..Flexible electronic is still in the initial stage,many theories have not be established,the experiment is not perfect,it is necessary to carry out its further exploration and research.There are three typical structures for the design of inorganic semiconductors over flexible organic substrates:corrugated,precisely controlled buckling and island structures.In this paper,we will study along the corrugated structure,mainly to explore the mechanical properties of PDMS and the surface modification method.First,the process of making PDMS was successfully explored.PDMS is formed by mixing two solutions and different mixing ratios will produce PDMS with different properties.Then,the tensile test was carried out on the PDMS by the electric drawing machine,the elastic modulus was measured and the drawing curve was drawn.The PDMS was in the linear deformation stage of 2%deformation range,and Hooke 's law was completely applicable.The Poisson's ratio of PDMS and the strain value of the flat PDMS at different points in the tensile state were measured by digital speckle technique.The effect of UV irradiation modification and plasma modification on PDMS was compared.The contact angle of PDMS surface was measured by angle measurement software.The results showed that plasma modification was more efficient and efficient.The influence of power,gas flow and processing time on the modification effect was analyzed.The bonding strength of PDMS was compared by using stretching machine,digital speckle and finite element method.The traditional method of plasma bonding is the use of pure oxygen or pure nitrogen,after bonding usually need to press the weight of 8 to 24 hours.This article uses air,so that PDMS can be 100%in 5 minutes to reach and achieve sufficient bonding strength.Finally,the finite element software is used to analyze the stress and strain of the PDMS with the sinusoidal corrugated structure.The influence of the geometrical parameters such as amplitude,wavelength and thickness on the maximum stress and strain is compared with.The work of this paper enriched the research about produce PDMS?test material and modified surface in flexible electronic field.Help to deepen the understanding of the process solve some similar problems.
