With the rapid development of industry,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in China,in particular,soot and other pollution has become a major threat to human safety and economic development,and the dust control has been more and more attention.It is explicitly required that dust emission is generally less than or equal to 30mg/m3,while that is not more than 20mg/m3 in the key protected area in "Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants"(GB13223-2011).For this provision,the traditional dust collector has not been able to meet the requirements because of its own technical defects and economic problems.The electric-bag composite dust-catcher technology has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency,low running resistance,high efficiency of fine particle collection,and it not only meets the new environmental requirements,but also can increase operational reliability and reduce costs,so it has a very good application prospect.In this article,the collection efficiency of the embedded electric-bag composite dustcatcher for fine dust is studied,and the research was conducted from the working voltage,entrance velocity,porosity,corona wire spacing,bag arrangement parameters effect on the dust removal efficiency and resistance loss.The optimal configuration of the composite filter and the optimal operation factors can be found by the research on the structure optimization of the dust collector.It is further proved that the composite dust collector has greater advantages than the single electric dust collector and the bag filter in the removal efficiency of fine dust by making measurement of the classification efficiency on the optimized dust collector.The experimental results show that the wind speed of electric field has a great effect on efficiency of dust collection in the single electrostatic precipitator.When the wind speed is constant,within limit,the efficiency of dust collection increases with the increase of working voltage,e.g.when the voltage is 40 kV,the efficiency of dust collection is 98.3%.With the increase of the aperture ratio,the efficiency of dust collection increases at first and then decreases,while the trend of the resistance loss is inverse.When the opening rate is 0.356,the fluctuation that dust removal efficiency changes with the working voltage is the smallest,and the electric dust removal efficiency is as high as 99.1%,and the resistance loss is 89.7Pa.In the single bag filter,the filter speed has a great effect on the efficiency of the dust removal efficiency and resistance loss,it is that the increase of filtration velocity leads to the decrease of dust removal efficiency and the increase of resistance loss.When the filtration velocity is less than 2.28m/min the fluctuation of bag dust removal efficiency is smaller,and efficiency of dust removal is always more than 95%.We study the influence of various factors on the efficiency of dust removal through the dust collecting experiment of the composite dust collector which is under different entrance velocity,working voltage,aperture ratio,corona wire number and arrangement of filter bag,and finally the best experimental parameters are obtained,e.g.when the opening rate is 0.356,the inlet velocity is 7.8m/s,the working voltage is 40 kV,the corona line spacing is 15 cm,and the bag is with staggered arrangement,the combined dust removal efficiency reached 99.7%,and the removal rate of the respiratory dust was 97.6%.Under the same conditions,the removal rate of the electric dust collector to the respiratory dust is 90.1%,and the removal rate of bag filter is 96.1%.Compared with electrostatic precipitator,the embedded compound cleaner improves 7.5%,which is higher than 1.5% compared with the bag filter.The removal efficiency of respiratory dust was significantly improved.The dust removal mechanism of the electrical,bag type and compound dust collector are also analyzed in the article.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the embedded electric bag composite dust collector has the characteristics of large amount of air flow,low running resistance,high efficiency of dust collection,and good effect on the removal of respiratory dust.
