The present dust catchers are inefficient, cumbersome and has lower electrization in boiler shop, chemical plant and firepower power plant. So a kind of two-grade dust catcher system with higher efficiency, convenience and mechatronic is studied. The designed dimension of the first- grade cyclone separator is optimized by using MATLAB optimization toolbox. New designed cyclone separator has lower resistance loss, higher efficiency, compact structure and less volume; The mathematical model of hydrometry is built in the second venturi separator according to its throttle characteristic and hydromechanical theories. Thus, a combination of sensor and single-chip system is introduced to realize runoff dynamic show. It builds a foundation for the study of dust catcher's mechatronics.
