With the public paying much attention to environmental issues these years,the government departments also strengthen the supervision of sewage treatment plants and execute much strictly requirements.On the basis of the normal operation,the sewage treatment plants can improve the process and upgrade the equipment to enhance the quality of sewage treatment.Limited to the limitations of process improvement,equipment upgrading is most widely used to improve the sewage discharged.Purchasing new equipment cost much of upgrading equipment,so joint use of original equipment and strengthen the contact and linkage between different devices widely used.This way can make the equipment operation to the automation direction and promote sewage process much more steady.This paper tells about jointing the plants' original equipment of iron trichloride compounding and dosing to improve the quality of sewage discharged.The contact of different devices makes the process automatically completed by software in stead of manual operation.This improvement not only can reduce the burden of work,but also improve the accuracy of the dosing of iron trichloride and benefit the stability of sewage process.By upgrading the equipment,not only achieve many advantages of production,but also provide a lot of inspiration to the management that close cooperation between different departments of the company can greatly improve the production.At the same time,this upgrading suggests that we should pay much attention to the great role of automation equipment in the period of plants' construction.
