Research On Integrated Design Platform For Wheat Equipment

With the rapid development of computer technology and advanced manufacturing technology,the continuous improvement of the level of manufacturing industries mechanical design,puting forward higher requirements for the level of enterprise design and production.How to shorten the product development time,improve the efficiency of enterprises,enterprises pay more and more attention.In this paper,malting enterprise products as the research object,combined with SolidWorks secondary development technology and product data management technology,in-depth study of the application of integrated design technology in the enterprise practice,realize the development of integrated design system of Malting equipment.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of characteristics of malting enterprise products,combined with the existing problems in the work of the wheat production enterprises,puting forward the integrated design platform functional requirements,planning framework and hierarchical structure of the integrated design platform;Designing integrated platform of database;Researching the support technology of integration design platform.(2)Researching the function and design process of layout design system.According to customer orders,formulating customer orders information;According to the production process of wheat production line,processing flow analysis,selecting equipment,building production line layout model,and researching design method of equipment positioning and connecting;Optimize the layout of the wheat production line by logistics simulation.(3)Researching the function and design process of the equipment design system.According to the research of enterprise products,making rules for the standardization of product parts number and malting equipment model,researching the parametric design method of wheat making equipment,the method of key component optimization analysis,and making engineering drawing template.(4)Researching the product data management technology.According to the research enterprise,seting up SolidWorks Enterprise PDM system framework,formulating enterprise project work flow and user group rights assignment,establishing a unified enterprise data management platform,realizing the standardized management of enterprise data.(5)Developing the malting equipment integrated design platform,achieving the layout design of malting equipment integrated design platform,and with the combination of loading and unloading machine as an example to demonstrate the operation process of the equipment design system of malting equipment integrated design platform,and demonstrate the main function and operation flow of SolidWorks Enterprise PDM,verify the practicability and effectiveness of the malting equipment integrated design platform...
