As the key supporting and protecting equipment of the fully-mechanized coal face, the hydraulic support plays a very important role in coal production. Before the mass production, the feature of the new type hydraulic support should be generally tested under some different operation conditions. Due to the imperfection of the testing equipment, the development of the new type hydraulic support and its market extension are always hindered. Therefore, a new type of the testing equipment for hydraulic support needs to be developed, which can perform the test efficiently and accurately on new products. The design efficiency is increased.Around the design of the new type test equipment for pressing hydraulic support, the thesis mainly makes the following research.Firstly, the full design scheme and the main parameters of the test equipment for the hydraulic support are determined. According to the testing requirements of the hydraulic support, the full configuration and the layout of the testing requirements is determined. The design calculation of the key components is carried out and its main size parameters are defined.Secondly, the3D solid model of the test equipment for the hydraulic support is established in SolidWorks. Its assembly analysis is accomplished and the full structure is designed.Thirdly, the finite element analysis (FEA) is performed on the key components of the test equipment for the hydraulic support in ANSYS. The design of the test equipment for the hydraulic support is improved and the design accuracy and reliability can be guaranteed.Fourthly, from an engineering perspective, the processing design of the test equipment for the hydraulic support is studied. According to such the features of the test equipment for the hydraulic support as high installation precision, large weight and size, a modular structure and the corresponding installation flow are designed and the manufacture and installation of the test equipment for the hydraulic support are realized successfully. Fifthly, the experiment of the test equipment is finished. The actual experiment result shows that the strength of the test equipment is enough on some security reservation under different test conditions. Compared with the results of the present similar test equipment, the obtained experiment results of the developed test equipment can be used and trusted.
