Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In China Since The 18th National Congress

In the 18 th national congress of CPC pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization should be placed in a prominent position,and it will be integrated into economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and the whole process,in order to build a beautiful China and to achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation.In short,the construction of ecological civilization in China has entered a new stage of development.The theory source of ecological civilization construction in our country includes traditional ecological wisdom of china,Marx and Engels' s view of nature,the ecological thought of the Communist Party of China,which provides a theoretical basis for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.The theoretical development of ecological civilization construction in China since the 18 th national congress of CPC,is reflected in a series of important documents of the CPC and general secretary Xi Jinping's series of important discussions on Ecological Civilization Construction.It contains defining the new requirements of ecological civilization construction,the construction of ecological civilization is an important content of five-in-one overall layout,the construction of ecological civilization is the basis of realizing Two Centenary Goals,and so on.China has made some achievements in the construction of ecological civilization since the 18 th national congress of CPC.For example,good results were achieved in ecological environmental management,ecological environment protection is gradually moving towards legalization,and so on.However,problems still exist in rural ecological environment,haze and new industry bringing new environmental problems.These problems affect the smooth progress of ecological civilization construction.The reasons of hindering the construction of ecological civilization contain several aspects: traditional economic development mode restricts theconstruction of ecological civilization,the legal system of ecological civilization construction and the level of citizens' consciousness of ecological civilization needs to be improved,and so on.To solve these problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures:accelerating the transformation of economic development mode,promoting the construction of legal system of ecological civilization,strengthening the cultivation of citizens' ecological civilization consciousness,and attaching great importance to international cooperation of the ecological environment protection.These measures are conducive to further promote the construction of ecological civilization in our country.
