With the high rapid of industrialization and urbanization, the GHG emissions have become an important factor of restricting area sustainable development.Global warming caused by human activities has have an increasingly serious influence on human life,so GHG emissions also has attained more and more people's attention.Researching GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt provided scientific reference for China's regional sustainable development, controlling and slowing regional GHG emissions.By the IPCC method, this study calculated the GHG emissions of 14 provinces(cities)of China silk road economic belt, compiled China silk road economic belt and provincial GHG emissions inventory, analyzed dynamic changes of GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt and 14 provinces(city),analyzed spatial differences of cities(states)GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt, divided China silk road economic belt into districts according to the GHG emissions index, andput forward GHG emissions reduction countermeasures directing at different type areas, expecting for providing reference for the management and control ofChina silk road economic belt GHG emissions. This article analyzed GHG emissionscharacteristics of China silk road economic belt from 1990 to 2015,evaluating GHG emissions level. The following is the conclusion:(1)The GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt was on the rise as a whole from 1990 to 2015,increasing from 1718853.05 x 104t C02e to 588810.68 x 104t CO2e,and the average annual growth rate was 9.33%,GHG emissions of 14 provinces showed a trend of rapid growth. The latest three years,GHG emissions of Chongqing was the largest, the second was Shenyang;GHG emissions of Aba was the smallest, the second was Ganzi.(2)GHG emissions of each department of China silk road economic belt were on the rise from 1990 to 2015,GHG emissions of energy activities was the largest, the proportion to the amount of GHG emissions increased from 66.06%in 1990 to 75.45%in 2015;The second was agricultural activity, waste disposal was the smallest, the ratio of forestry carbon sequestration to the amount of GHG emissions decreased from 12.96%in 1990 to 5.54%in 2015,which showed that growth rate of forestry carbon sequestration was far lower than growth rate of carbon source GHG emissions in China silk road economic belt.(3)The per capita GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt was on the rise from 1990 to 2015,increasing from 4.66t in 1990 to 13.40t in 2015,and the average annual growth rate was 7.21%.Theper unit area GHG emissions of China silk road economic belt was on the rise, increasing from 4.09t in 1990 to 9.60t in 2015,and the average annual growth rate was 5.18%.The ten thousand yuan GDP GHGemissions was on the decline, discreased from 29.84t in 1990 to 3.01t in 2015,and the average annual slowing rate was 3.46%.(4)The GHG emission index of China silk road economic belt increased from 0.16 in 1990 to 0.43 in 2015,GHG emissions level was lower(?b)from 1990 to 2004 and above the average(?b)from 2005 to 2015.GHG emission index of Tibetan was on the decline, and the other provinces were on the rise.(5)Area I of GHG emissionslevelwas low,GHG emission reduction strategies were developing ecological tourism and ecological agriculture, developing and profiting new energy.Area II of GHG emissionslevelwasmodium,GHG emission reduction strategies were developing the green industry and circular economy.Area ?of GHG emissionslevelwashigh,GHG emission reduction strategies were adjusting industrial structure and developing low-carbon economy.
