Due to the special production environment in the mine and the complicated organization and management of the staff,the current wireless positioning system in the mine is difficult to fully adapt to the environment of the working face.In response to this situation,this paper proposes to apply Visible Light Communication technology to underground coal mines to provide new solutions for underground positioning.Visible light communication utilizes the light generated by a light-emitting diode(LED)as an information carrier,and realizes the information transmission while completing the lighting work.In this paper,based on the advantages of visible light communication technology and the working face environment of coal mine,a kind of positioning system based on visible light communication in coal mine is designed.The system combines visible light communication,infrared communication and power line carrier communication technology.The location information is sent by the roadway lighting LED lamp.The underground mobile device receives the information and processes it,then sends it to the control terminal.The control terminal gets the location information through processing,so as to realize the wireless location in the underground coal mine.Compared with the original underground mine positioning system,the system without laying a large number of nodes,no electromagnetic interference,cost savings,high practicability.This paper mainly has four aspects.First,combined with the concrete scene,by comparing the existing wireless location technology,this paper puts forward the technology of visible light as the positioning technique of this design system,and analyzes the visible light communication technology,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the system Second,through the analysis of the mine positioning requirements,on the basis of the theory,determine the use of LED tag localization method based on the proposed design scheme of the system,the mine staff can be observed location information through the digital tube,the management of the mine personnel can control the side view of mine moving position information of the terminal.Thirdly,according to the design scheme,the design of the hardware circuit of the control terminal in the mine,the fixed terminal and the mobile terminal in the mine is designed with the software design.Fourth,test the system and analyze the experimental results to verify the feasibility of designing the system.Through the use of the system designed in this paper,we can meet the daily needs of underground positioning for specific operation scenarios.
