Continuous pad dyeing machine is a typical multi-unit combined processing dyeing and finishing equipment,mainly including unwinding unit,pad dyeing unit and rewinding unit.In order to ensure the dyeing quality of fabric and the normal operation of the equipment,the fabric needs to keep constant tension when it is running on the continuous pad dyeing machine.If the tension is partial big,it will produce deformation of warp elongation and weft shortening,even fracture.If the tension is partial small,it will cause fabric slip and devation,and even produce wrinkles.In this paper,the tension control system of continuous pad dyeing machine is studied.Aiming at the problem of fabric tension fluctuation,this paper studies the establishment of mathematical model,the design of control algorithm and the development of control system.Firstly,according to the operation mechanism of the roll process,some time-varying parameters are analyzed,such as the volume path,the moment of inertia,et al.And the dynamic model of the unwinding unit is established.However,it is the most critical unit of continuous pad dyeing machine.Its control effect will directly affect the dyeing quality of the fabric.In this paper,the mathematical model of fabric tension is established by using the conservation of mass and Hooke's law.It is concluded that there is a coupling relationship between the tension of the fabric and the line velocity on the roller.The winding unit is the final step of the continuous pad dyeing machine.In order to ensure the quality of winding,it adopts tension taper control and build the mathematical model of taper winding tension.Secondly,according to the analysis of the mathematical model of the continuous pad-dyeing machine's tension system,it has the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying,multi-interfering and strong coupling.Especially during the winding and unwinding process,the dynamic characteristics of great changes have taken place.Taking into account the conventional PID controller is difficult to guarantee the dynamic performance of the tension system during operation.Based on the above reasons,this paper presents a combination of fuzzy algorithm and auto-disturbance rejection control(ADRC)algorithm,and achieved good control effect.MATLAB/Simulink are used to have simulation experiments for all units of tension system,which returned the response curve,analyzed the control effect of the conventional PID controller and the Fuzzy ADRC controller.The experiment shows that that Fuzzy ADRC has the characteristics of insensitivity to internal and external parameters,strong anti-interference and good decoupling effect.It can achieve good control of the tension system.Finally,reseaching on the hardware and software of the continuous pad dyeing machine tension control system,designs the hardware structure and host software monitoring system,and carries out the hierarchical design of the field equipment level network and the equipment monitoring level network to achieve a good communication effect.We do verification experiments by continuous pad dyeing machine tension control platform.Experimental results show that the Fuzzy ADRC controller proposed in this paper has good stability and high precision,which can effectively restrain the tension fluctuation caused by the disturbance from inside and outside.The designed monitoring system has good human-computer interaction,which is of great significance to improve the quality of fabric printing and dyeing,reduce the rate of defective and improve the overall performance of equipment.
