With the accelerating pace of urban modernization,car became one of convenient travel of transport.However,car quality light,high strength and the less noise pollution have gradually became people's focus concern.With its high ratio,high mechanical property,biodegradable property,low light property,the natural fiber reinforced composites has become a high-tech new representative on the research of automobile interior materials,they can meet people's market needs.Virginica stem bark fiber is a high performance of natural cellulose fiber,the length of virginica stem bark fiber is about 34?46mm and the size is about 2.7?3.6 dtex,and the fracture strength can be comparable with ramie,which is 4.4?6.1 cN/dtex.This research select the natural high performance fiber-virginica stem bark fiber as the enhanced body,polypropylene for matrix,and on its for surface modified sex processing,development preparation different fiber content,and different surface processing of virginica stem bark fiber enhanced polypropylene hot plastic board,homemade has a simple of composite across sound performance test device,discussion different fiber content,and surface processing on composite plate mechanical performance,and across sound performance stretch and the fracture surface morphology of effect.virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene plate tensile strength as the first increased and then decreased content of fiber trends,the content of 30%is 36.9 Mpa,compare with the pure polypropylene plate,the fiber content of 10%,20%,30%and 40%of virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene panels's flexural strength increases 12.99%?27.42%?39.26%and 48.96%.With the virginica stem bark fiber's content increased,virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene plate's tensile modulus and flexural modulus first increased and then decreased,the declining trend in elongation of the composites;When virginica stem bark fiber's content is high than 10%,virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene plate's voltage attenuation rate first increased and then decreased.When the sound is 6500Hz,the voltage attenuation rate performance is the best.Compare with the untreated,the virginica stem bark fiber treated by KMnO4 reinforced polypropylene plate tensile strength and tensile modulus increase 11.19%and 9.61%respectively,the flexural strength and flexural modulus increase 7.65%and 5.52%respectively,and tensile elongation increase 18.53%;The virginica stem bark fiber treated by KH-570 coupling agent reinforced polypropylene plate tensile strength and tensile modulus increase 19.3%and 13.46%respectively,the flexural strength and flexural modulus inchance 8.01%and 7.11%respectively,and tensile elongation increase 35.52%.After surface treatment,the sound insulation performance of the virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene rose.After the KMnO4 and KH-570's treatment,the composite's fracture surface has improved a lot,and significantly reduce the gap between the fiber and the polypropylene matrix.
