With the continuous development of oil recovery technology,the technology of triple polymer flooding has been widely used in the production of various oil fields.The technology by adding alkali,surfactant and polymer to oilfield to improve the viscosity of crude oil,increase recovery factor,but also increased difficulties of oil extraction wastewater treatment,and the more difficult to remove the material is polymer and oil.Polyacrylamide(PAM)is a commonly used polymer in the process of oil flooding.PAM has hydrophilic hydrophilicity,which makes the water oil interface a layer of emulsifying film,making it more difficult to treat wastewater.The chemical oxidation method and treatment of wastewater containing PAM effect is best,but its price is higher,is not conducive to practical application,biological treatment is relatively cheap,to remove low concentration of PAM wastewater thoroughly,but oil extraction wastewater biological sex difference,thus the biological pretreatment is particularly important.In this paper,solid waste red mud is used as the main raw material to prepare red clay ceramic filter material,and its modification is applied to the removal of PAM,oil substance and COD in the oil recovery wastewater.The preparation of red mud ceramic filter material is red mud as the main raw material,adding a small amount of ingredients,using distilled water to mix well,and the solid-liquid ratio is 1g:0.8m L.The pretreatment temperature was set to 400? by thermogravimetric analysis.Orthogonal experiment was designed to show the influence of the ratio of raw materials,pretreatment time,roasting temperature and roasting time in the preparation of materials.Preparation and select the best scheme is: the red mud,fly ash,coal powder,bentonite = 83:4:7:6,pretreatment of 50 min,calcination temperature is 1060?,the roasting time for 40 min.The specific surface area of the red clay ceramic filter prepared under the best conditions was 3.5cm2g-1 with an average pore diameter of 14.4nm,and the soluble rate of hydrochloric acid was up to the standard,and the material was of good stability.In this study,hydrochloric acid leaching sludge was used to extract aluminum chloride as the modified liquid,and the preparation of red clay ceramic filter material was modified,and the effects of modification conditions on the removal of PAM were studied.When the modified heat treatment temperature of 120?,modified liquid concentration of 1 mol/L,modified liquid p H value is 10,the preparation of modified filter material removal rate of PAM is best.The specific surface area of the modified filter was 12.02 and the average pore diameter was 11.3nm.Examines the p H value,reaction time,reaction temperature and filter material dosing quantity on the removal rate of PAM,the influence of p H value of solution most affected by the performance of filter material,when the p H value between 3 ~ 6 filter material with good performance,the best removal rate can reach 77.5%.In order to increase the rate of filter material to oil,this paper USES the titanate coupling agent pretreatment filtering materials,aluminium chloride and load,the experimental results show that load of titanate coupling agent increased the oil-wet performance of the filter,the degreasing rate increase,best can reach 79.6%.Examines the p H value,reaction time,reaction temperature,filter material dosing quantity of oil in water material removal rate and the effect of p H value of solution most affected by the performance of filter material,when p H between 3~7 filter material with good performance.In the end,the removal rate of COD in the oil wastewater was discussed.The results showed that the removal efficiency of aluminum modified filter was the best,which could reach 68.1%.
