Since the energy crisis of the 21 st century, people's demand for clean energy has become more and more pressing. As an important clean energy, Wind power become the main direction of renewable energy development in many countries. Since 2008, Wind energy industry in China developed rapidly, but higher wind power cost is still one of the important reasons for restricting the development of China's wind power. Therefore, it is an important significance for wind power industry how to effectively reduce the cost of wind energy.According to the project construction process, this article takes market mainstream wind turbine as the research object, referring to the general wind resources levle of domestic wind farm, construction cost and the cost of electricity is calculated, try to find one of most cost-effective wind turbine.In this paper, the calculation results are compared and analyzed, the following basic conclusions were drawn: First, the trend of the total investment, the second, the trend of cost of electricity, the third, the construction cost trend of per kilowatt electricity, the fourth, the trend of the development of the technology. One of major new ideas including the relationship between price and unit per kilowatt.At last, as to differences of the wind source, the lack of study sample, as well as personal capacity and limited research level, the conclusions has the certain one-sidedness. The results have a active meaning at the domestic wind power projects and cost control.
