Compressed natural gas as the vehicle fuel with the characteristics of safe, saving energy, protecting environmental and so on. As a necessary infrastructure for CNG cars, CNG filling stations have been developing rapidly in the country. Compressors are the core of gas filling stations, and the cooling of the compressor is an important link to ensure the equipment quality and safety of CNG stations, and is also the key factor to improve production efficiency and economic benefit. To save water resources and reduce the waste water discharge, the cooling system of CNG filling station is used for circulating water cooling mode. Because of the cooling water recycling, the cooling circulation system has problems of scaling and corrosion and the growth of microorganism and algae, which can reduce the operating life and working efficiency of the equipment. The traditional water treatments are facing with problems of high investment, poor treatment effect, too much water and drug consumption, and some of the ingredients in circulating water have poor degradation coefficients, some of which may cost eutrophication. So we need to develop a new water treatment program, in order to improve the quality of water treatment, reducing investment and resource consumption and environmental pollution. The main research works are as follows:(1) Tracking and retrieval of circulating water treatment technology in domestic and foreign CNG filling stations and the latest progress in the relevant areas of domestic and foreign related literature research, comparison, summarized the relevant literature research results.(2) Analysis of the fouling, corrosion, and the growth of bacteria and algae in the process of circulating cooling water used in the Guo kuang yan CNG filling station, and determine the cause of formation and the composition of the product.(3) According to the results of the analysis, and comparing different treatments for circulating cooling water, then chose the chemical agent as the program for water treatment is optimized. Through the experiment, the best formula and dosage are determined, the new type of CNG gas filling station is developed, which are scale and corrosion inhibitor, fungicides A and B.(4) Analysis of experimental data and do experiments of corrosion, sterilization and disinfection of algae and microbial, determine the best concentration of drugs. Then compare the effect of the chemical dosage, fouling rate, carbon steel corrosion rate, stainless steel corrosion rate and microbial algae treatment.(5) Continue using of chemicals, evaluate water treatment agent, water and chemicals cost and pharmaceutical dosage, sewage to the environment, other aspects use of the efficiency and economy.(6) Indexed for dosing regimen and daily operation procedures, and spread this water treatment technology in industry.
