With the rapid development of socio-economy, people’s demand for material life also increases. In recent years, the rapid growth of private car ownership in urban city has resulted that the urban static traffic problem is becoming increasingly acute, which leads to a difficult parking and other social problems, seriously affecting the city’s construction and development. Mechanical parking technology will solve these problems effectively. Currently, countries in the world have developed a high parking density, small footprint mechanical parking equipment. However, due to the complex structure, high failure rate, noise, access to cars slow, such devices are not suitable for urban residential area. Therefore, based on cooperation issues with Sichuan kun Special Equipment Co., Ltd. as the background, for urban residents residential parking problems, in order to save production costs and improve the efficiency of vehicle,we design a kind of convenient lift underground parking in accordance with the relevant national standard. The parking garage can accommodate three cars, fully living below ground, with a convenient, safe and stable, easy to promote the production, etc., which can make full use of underground space. The main contents are as follows:(1) Determine the design ideas and solutions:through the research of current mechanical parking equipment research, sum up the advantages and disadvantages of equipment, and design the overall size of the garage and the other members on the basis of existing parking facilities, and then draw the CAD drawings of the parking facilities.(2) Design carrier vehicle system:combining theoretical knowledge of material mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics, analyze and calculate each member garage carrier vehicle system including carrier board, the strength check of supporting beam, stability analysis and calculation of the column.(3) Design hydraulic drive system:design the hydraulic circuit according to requirements of the garage. Determine the parameters of the hydraulic components and specifications of the electrical motor, and then do a simple check to ensure the security and stability of the hydraulic system and carrier vehicle system.(4) Finite Element Analysis and improvements of overall structure:build garage simulation model and by finite element analysis software workbench find that the overall structural strength of the actual conditions do not meet the relevant national standards, then improve the overall structure. By analyzing the improved structure find that the strength and stiffness of the overall structure comply with relevant national standards, to verify the reliability of the improved parking facilities.(5) Modal Analysis of the overall structure:Do a modal analysis of the steel frame to find larger vibration phenomena and then acquire first 10 natural frequencies and mode shapes of FIG. On this basis, make improvements in order to avoid resonance hazards.Through the above work, design a new convenient lift underground parking garage, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance for mechanical parking facilities.
