With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard,the number of urban cars is growing.The great increase in the number of cars makes the difficulty of storing cars become a serious problem which is affecting our travel.The stereoscopic garage has the advantage of high automation,and it's easy to store and pick up cars,making full use of spaces while storing more vehicles in a smaller area.Its emergence provides a new opportunity for solving the problem of storing cars.In many types of stereoscopic garage,the roadway stacking stereoscopic garage is widely used for its advantages,such as large capacity,high automation,convenient access.Roadway stacking stereoscopic garage provides great convenience for people but the dispatching and utilization of parking spaces affects the operation efficiency of the garage.The irregular dispatching and utilization of parking spaces causes the improvement of the operation cost of the stereoscopic garage and the decline of economic benefit.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the queuing model and the allocation of parking spaces.The roadway stacking stereoscopic garage is taken as the research object and researched from the following aspects:(1)Based on queuing theory,the time characteristic model of cars is established based on the principle of First-Come-First-Served rule and priority principle of departure and mathematical indexes for evaluating the efficiency of a stereoscopic garage are given.By setting the parameters including arrival time,residence time and other parameters,the efficiency of the time characteristic model of the stereoscopic garage is analyzed under principle of random allocation of parking spaces and nearby allocation of parking spaces,which lead up to the influence of the allocation of parking spaces on the efficiency of the stereoscopic garage.(2)The main goal of parking allocation is to improve the operation efficiency of the stereoscopic garage while reducing the energy consumption incidentally and the route is to keep a vehicle which stays for a long time in a space which is far from the exit and keep a vehicle which stays for a short time in a space which is short from the exit.The accurate residence time of the vehicle in the garage can not be obtained when the vehicle arrives but the range of residence time can be classified and predicted according to the characteristics of the previous data.Genetic Algorithm is used to select two coefficients of the kernel radius and penalty factor of Algorithm of Support Vector Machine and Support Vector Machine is applied to classify and predict the residence time range of cars in the stereoscopic garage.(3)As a partition feature of residence time range,the ABC classification method is used to partition the parking space of the stereoscopic garage.By comparing the efficiency and theenergy consumption with nearby allocation of parking space,it is verified that the partition method based on residence time prediction and the ABC classification method can improve the operation efficiency of the garage while reducing the energy consumption of the stereoscopic garage.
