The wave energy has been paid attention by scholars and society as a sustainable,pollution-free, high storage and renewable energy resource. There are kinds of skills about wave energy generation, most of power generation need multilevel intermediate conversion device to transfer wave energy, which is complicated, high-cost and maintenance inconvenience. The direct-drive, wave power generation system overcomes the disadvantages of traditional power system, and improves the efficiency of power generation. In the developing trend of modern power generation which is information-based, networked and distributed, the concept of smart grid and distributed generation emerge as the times require.To release the generation voltage tracking can increase the output power and improve the compatibility and adaptability of the generation system.In this paper the independent research and development linear switched reluctance generator(LSRG) is a asymmetric double-sided linear switched reluctance motor,which are characterized by simple structure, high robustness, etc., and it can operate at harsh environment. It is suitable to be researched for wave energy generation. To realize the communication among multi power generation systems can improve their compatibility and adaptability. In this paper, not only a linear switched reluctance power generation system has been studied but also realizing the generation tracking.In this thesis, firstly, the structure and motion characteristic of linear switched reluctance motor is introduced and elaborated. Combining ANSYS Maxwell with ANSYS Simplorer to perform simulations for analyzing inductance to simplify inductance model by finite element method(FEM). The theory of power generation is deduced based on the characteristics of inductance and electric. LSRG is designed and generation characteristics experiment and generation tracking experiment between two LSRG are carried out. In order to practical engineering, linear switched reluctance motor generation tracking control system is designed based on the microprocessor chip replaces the personal computer(PC). The hardware circuit is design based on TMS320F2812 chip and software codes is programmed at the CCS4 programming environment, generation tracking experiment is carried out as well.When the reference voltage is 6 v, the experiment indicates: the dSPACE platform generation's voltage dynamic error under 0.25 v, the tracking error under 0.36 v. The generation tracking control system based on digital signal processor(DSP) indicates the generation's voltage dynamic error under 0.49 v, the tracking error under 0.58 v. These two kinds of generation tracking control system realize the control and tracking of the generation voltage which lay the foundation for future network based power generation.
