Electro-hydraulic automatic leveling technology has been widely used in many areas with convenient leveling, stable transmission, large bearing capacity. This paperdiscusses the large-scale electro-hydraulic stabilized platform's design and developme-nt process and control system research.Purpose to put a load carrier of some equipment accurately adjusted to a horizontal position, which makes it in the modern weapon system(such as launch vehicle system of artillery, radar monitoring platform) h as been widely used. But the hydraulic power transmission energy utilization rate is not high and the efficiency of the whole system is relatively low. Therefore, improvingefficiency has been the main research direction in hydraulic power transmission. So the topic will be the variable frequency drive technology in the application of hydraulic transmission system, on the one hand, the operating efficiency of motor is improved, On the other hand, the hydraulic system structure can be simplified to reducethe pressure and energy loss, which improve the efficiency through direct power ele ment speed.Generally the application of stabilized platform, such as for artillery launchers fa st leveling system, is attempted to ensure that all installations can quickly set up an d roll-up in the trailer tablet(the trailer tablet platform for short below) on the cann on and quickly adjust platform to achieve levelness requirements, and to guarantee t he working performance, improve the system of motor performance.So this topic as t he research object, has developed a set of suitable for heavy equipment accuracy an d fast electro-hydraulic automatic leveling system.At the same time introducing excell ent PDF feedback control algorithm, improve the response characteristics of the syste m. Ensuring the platform reliable under the all kinds of condition.This article first briefly analyzes the significance of the stabilized platform research and the research status at home and abroad;And then describes the requirements and the working principle of stabilized platform, formulated the leveling system implementation plan;Next to the stabilized platform of the hydraulic system and control system in detail.After the establishment of the mathematical model of control system, and analyzed and compared.Used for algorithm research, the mathematical model to analyze the limitations of traditional algorithm and improved method, the simulation contrast research whether the new algorithm has advantages, finally through the test system to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Throughout the text, the electro-hydraulic stabilized platform system design is reasonable and reliable, characteristics of dynamic response, good robustness, convenient algorithm parameters setting. Using the system by LabVIEW has a friendly interfa ce, the operation is simple and easy to maintain, which has good practical value.
