With the rapid chinese national economy development and the raising urbanization level, as an important urban public infrastructure, city gas is important to improve the quality of people's lives, the energy structure of businesses, energy efficiency, and protect environment. Professional planning of city gas provides technical support for the development of city gas industry and the planning should be combined with city actual situation, paid attention to appropriate direction selection of gas source. From the perspective of the design for city gas, it not only should meet the security and stability of the supply for city gas, but also balance all regions with normal operating conditions, and adapt all kinds of accident conditions. It is important to enhance coordination between the program, energy, public security and fire, and labor departments in this process.With the rapid advance in zhongjiang county modernization process, the new urban development on terms of size, functional layout and construction of major infrastructure of the city has put forward new requirements. In order to further improve the energy security of this regulation zone and moderately overdeveloping on energy infrastructure of the city, a rational and effective planning for city gas is important for more rational use of the city resources. The design combines zhongjiang county overall planning, refers to town gas special plan, knows gas source profiles and predicts the market to make a comprehensive planning for the gas transmission and distribution systems,monitoring and data acquisition system and environmental protection.The plan fully considered the recent and long-term gas source, gas consumption and transmission and distribution system in Zhongjiang County. This plan has formed a relatively systematic study of urban gas. The main several results were listed as following:1) according to the analysis of Zhongjiang County gas source, determined to Tuanjie qiao station for the city near the main supply source to the north, for the city gas distribution station auxiliary source; long term for the city gate station in Liyuan village main supply source, to Tuanjie qiao station, Bei ta for the city gas distribution station auxiliary; 2) volume calculation and prediction of the residents living with gas, commercial gas, industrial gas, heating ventilation and air conditioning gas and CNG auto gas, defined the next 20 years, the use of natural gas, the peak gas output, ensure supply stable, in the regulation of the volume and the way for gas peak. On the basis of considering the size of the gas supply in Zhongjiang County, a gas supply mode by medium pressure gas supply system; 3) constitute the basis for gas transmission and distribution system in Zhongjiang County on the supply and mode are studied, according to the actual situation of high-pressure gas pipe gas supply system selection, reliable, stable and balanced guarantee, one-time investment and pipeline maintenance, station operation cost comparability is high; 4) to consider the long-term development of Zhongjiang County, the new village of orchard gate station, to ensure the reliability of the late supply; 5) according to the level of pressure pipeline and the conditions of use, after all aspects of pipe compared to determine which Zhongjiang county urban buried gas pipe pressure by PE, Zhongjiang within the county town along the bridge across the pipe and DN200 above the pressure pipe with steel pipe. The pipeline anticorrosion of steel pipe selection, and ultimately determine the three layer structure of polyethylene coatings, anti-corrosion class is strengthened; 6) the planning of ancillary facilities of high-end configuration, realize digitization, automation and control, using SCADA system and GIS system in the dispatch center, the local monitoring station by the data acquisition system based on information technology, complete network planning, line inspection and repair process data in statistical work, providing the supporting facilities planning for the entire rear gas plan.The current situation with urban planning, taking into account both the past, the overall long-term urban development requirements, but also full of more long-term vision of urban development on the need to reserve the space for gas supply, the program has phased operational. Long-term urban pressure gas multi-point distribution system, the effective use of pressure energy to fully enhance the medium-pressure pipeline network reliability and economy, further reducing the scale of investment. A highly modern information management system, to ensure that the city safe and stable supply, improve all aspects of gas production scheduling capabilities, operational management and emergency handling capacity and so provide a strong guarantee.
