Attitude measurement is a pivotal technology to achieve precision strike targets of guided shells.The accuracy of shell guidance is directly influenced by the precision of attitude measurement.Therefore,attitude analysis algorithm and attitude measurement system design has become an essential part of guided missile guidance.In this paper,the gyroscope and the geomagnetism sensor are used to design a combined attitude measuring scheme.The software and hardware design of the attitude determination unit is completed based on DSP processor.In our study,the basic principle of gyroscope and geomagnetic sensor attitude measurement is introduced.For the gyroscope,the equivalent rotation vector method under conical motion is analyzed,and an improved algorithm based on angular rate and angular increment is selected.For the geomagnetic sensor,we choose the installation method of two single non-orthogonal axes geomagnetic sensors and present the integral ratio method which is more accurate than the extreme value ratio method.Furthermore,the geometrical gyroscope combined attitude determination algorithm is introduced,and the drift error of the gyroscope is compensated by the roll angle information solved by the geomagnetic data.In the last part of this thesis,we also introduce the hardware and software design of the attitude calculation unit based on TMS320F2812 processor in detail.The hardware design includes the minimum system circuit,the off-chip RAM module circuit and the communication module circuit.The software design includes the overall design,the data communication module and the program design of attitude determination module.The simulation results show that the scheme is feasible and accurate.According to the guided shells in the high dynamic environment,a multi-sensor combined attitude determination scheme,which depends on the complementary characteristics of the gyroscope and the geomagnetic sensor,is proposed to enhance the accuracy of the projectile flight attitude.Thus,this scheme has a certain application prospects of engineering.
