In modern construction, the hoist is a necessary tool and plays an essential role in theconstruction work. The anti-falling safety device, as an important component of the hoist,its performance and effect greatly guarantee the safe operation of the building hoist. So itis an important safeguard for the staff and the equipment to have a most secure andaccurate, efficient and rapid detection to the safety device of the hoist.This paper had a comprehensive research on the automatic detection of the anti-fallingsafety device of the hoist. It introduced the design and the mechanism of the hardware andsoftware used for the monitoring function of the safety device. On the aspect of thehardware, it described the overall structure of the hardware. And on the aspect of thesoftware, it introduced the calculation methods and procedures of the main technicalparameters of the anti–falling safety device. On this basis, we researched and developedthe real-time detection system, a technology mainly used for high-speed real-timecollection and storage and designed high-speed multi-channel data acquisition system andanalysis software. According to the actual situation of the anti-falling safety device of thehoist in our country, we studied its detection technology and operation detection systemand adopted a numerical analysis method so as to have developed the hardware andsoftware design of the computer automatic monitoring system of the anti-falling safetydevice of the hoist.The anti-falling safety device of the hoist is an important device to protect the safetyof the construction personnel,so a secure, rapid and efficient detection for it is animportant way to ensure its effective running and reduce construction accidents. Thisstudy utilized the computer detection technology to track the whole process of the fallingexperiment of the safety device, real-time monitor its operating status and record the dataobserved during operation. Based on these, by analyzing and calculating the main dataindexes that affect the anti-falling safety device, we achieved a comprehensive analysisand accurate evaluation of its performance, which to the largest extent can guarantee thesafety of the users. This study is of profound social significance.
