In order to implement the servo tracking in the vertical system of the launching device of the missile launching vehicle,servo electric cylinder is a more common form of transmission,as a kind of electric actuators,it has the advantages of strong control performance,fast response speed,high running accuracy,etc.Hence,it has been widely used in the launch system.Modern warfare requires that the launch system need to respond quickly and accurately,it is important to improve the response speed and the servo accuracy of the servo system.Meanwhile,there will be less time to debug when the development cycle of weapon products is becoming shorter and shorter,for product debugging time is very limited.Therefore,to shorten the test time,it is necessary to design a kind of electric cylinder servo test system,which can provide actuators for the servo system simulate real loads,and debug the servo system of the electric cylinder in the laboratory environment.In this paper,we design an electric cylinder servo test system based on practical engineering application.It includes the hardware design of the core controller,the software design of the PC control,and the self-tuning of the servo system control parameters and the designed system has been implemented in practical engineering.Firstly,this paper introduces the overall design of the system,structure and function in detail,the system provides an analog load environment for the servo system of the electric cylinder through the loading device,and it provides the conditions for the servo system to study the performance under various load conditions.The servo controller based on TMS320F28335 and its peripheral circuits are designed.The instruction sending and the rack receiving are fulfilled based onthe multi-thread technology,and other related software modules are designed.Next,the system control parameters are difficult to determine during the system designing,this paper presents an improved dichotomy,by the analysis of the actual system of the current operating status,the servo system control parameterscan be adaptively adjusted,so that the design of the servo system to meet the given performance indicators.Finally,the test results of the whole test system are demenstrated,at the same time,it can be verified that the servo system the algorithm control parameter,the results can meet the requirements of a given system...
