The modular charge feeding mechanism is one of the key components of a medium-caliber and large-caliber artillery automatic loading system.Automatic loading system can improve the rate of fire,but it also results in many reliability problems.Based on the project of the "twelve five-year",the research is developed and aims at the problem of mechanism reliability of the modular charge feeding mechanism using the theory of mechanism kinematics,multibody system dynamics,reliability,kinematic pair wear,optimization design,which provides the theoretical basis and reference for engineering practice.This article main research content is as follows:(1)The integrally structure,its operating principle of the modular charge feeding mechanism are analyzed.The kinematics equations of the components of the modular charge feeding mechanism and the conditions of modular charge are built.The solid model of the modular charge feeding mechanism established by Pro/E is imported to ADAMS to build multibody system dynamics simulation model.The rigid-flex coupling dynamics model is established by creating the shift lever model and the locker device model as flexible body.Kinematics and dynamics response of main components is solved by different simulation models.(2)The rigidity reliability of main components of the modular charge feeding mechanism is analyzed based on the results of rigid-flex coupling dynamics simulation.The reliability models under different work conditions of the modular charge feeding mechanism are built to solve for their reliability by Isight.Wear calculation models of slip pairs and hinge pairs are built to research the wear condition between slide and support,pins and bushings.The reliability of the modular charge feeding mechanism under the wear state was obtained.(3)The reliability of the modular charge feeding mechanism under three work conditions is optimized based on analysis.The contact curve of the shift lever and the locker device is optimized to reduce the response speed of the modular charge claw.
