In recent years,China's packaging machinery industry has strengthened independent innovation,technology integration and application promotion,and the technical level of packaging machinery has developed rapidly.However,compared with the foreign advanced level,there is still a big gap in China's packaging machinery industry.The transformation of packaging machinery from "Made in China" to "Made in China" cannot be delayed.Rotary bag-feeding packaging machine has been widely used in food,daily chemical,machinery and other industries,to achieve automatic packaging of candy,granulated sugar,hot pot bottom material,lubricants and other bulk,granules and fluids.As the main execution component of the packaging machine,the performance of the bag taking and sending mechanism directly affects the overall performance of the packaging machine.The thesis combines the technical requirements of the cooperative enterprise Qingdao Yilong Packaging Machinery Co,Ltd.to improve the packaging speed and packaging stability of the existing rotary bag-feeding packaging machine.as follows:1.Based on the existing rotary bag feeding packaging machine of the cooperative enterprise,the main components and working principles of the packaging machine are analyzed.The machine is main rotating parts,bag feeding parts,bag taking and sending parts,bag opening and supporting parts,material filling parts,sealing and shaping parts,molding output parts and so on.Through the analysis of the technological process of the packaging machine,combined with the analysis of the market demand of the packaging machine and the characteristics and performance of the existing equipment,this paper puts forward the research and development focus and difficulties.2.Based on the mechanism,structure and process flow of the bag taking and sending mechanism of the packaging machine,the working cycle diagram of the mechanism is optimized.In order to ensure the better motion characteristics and dynamic performance of the bag picking and bagging mechanism,based on the cam design theory of the interior point method,the minimum base circle radius of each cam mechanism is solved;Cam contour curve of secondary bag-on cam and bag-clamping cam;use Matlab software to complete the calculation of contour curve data,import into Solidworks,and complete the optimized design of driving cam.3.Based on the mechanism analysis of the bag taking and bag sending mechanism,taking the secondary bag taking mechanism as an example,the kinematic model of the secondary bag feeding mechanism was established,and the kinematic characteristics of the secondary bag feeding mechanism were analyzed;The boundary constraints of the start and end positions of the end effectors of each sub-mechanism of the mechanism are based on the coordinate design theory of the coordinate method.Through the SolidWorks software,the parametric design of the size of each member of the bag-taking mechanism is completed.4.Establish the rigid-flexible coupling analysis model of the bag taking and bag feeding mechanism using the finite element analysis software Ansys and the mechanical dynamics analysis software Adams;the rationality of the design of the bag taking and sending mechanism has been verified by the simulation analysis of the torque on the key nodes.Then this paper carries out the overall structure modal analysis of the bag taking and bagging mechanism to obtain the overall dynamic performance of the mechanism and guide the integrated design of the rotary bag packing machine.
