Test and experimental technique plays a significant role in research and manufacture of the rocket weapon.But the traditional test system which is used to acquire the rocket weapon launch dynamics parameters can hardly meet the following test requirements,such as:lignt&miniaturization,high precision,multi-channel and high cost-effective performance.Under such background,the aim of this paper is to develop a set of protable test system with partly universalization,scalability and a good man-machine interface.The paper first introduces that experimental technique plays a significant role in the development of the rocket weapon technology.Illustrating the category of the lanuch dynamics parameters and some sampling requirements.Then the paper expounds the present research status of the protable test system at home and abroad.Based on the detailed analysis of the test reqiurements,the paper puts forward the technical requirements of the design.In view of above requirements,the paper gives an overall design of the portable testing system.It mainly caonsists of three parts:measurement and control box,power supply device and PC computer.Software&hardware and box design of the protable test system have been completed.Then the paper describes the softwaer&hardware design of the each part of the system in detail.In the measurement and control box,hardware circuit mainly includes the multi-channel signal conditioning circuit,human-computer interaction circuit and data acquisition circuit,etc..Furthermore,all control circuits are designed based on STM32F103 microcontroller chip.Software program is written on the Keil uVision5 platform.In term of PC software design,LabVIEW is used as the development platform to complete data acquisition,processing and other functions.Finally,it presents a set of comparative experiments to verify the function of the test system.By comparative anlysis of the experimental data,making sure that the protable testing system meets the design technology requirements,and can be applied in practical experiment.
