In thus thesis,the theoretical basis of full-field optical coherence tomography(FF-OCT)was studied,the way of developing FF-OCT system was then discussed,and a tandem full-field optical coherence tomography(FF-OCT)system with compensation interferometer was proposed and set up.Compared with the traditional FF-OCT system based on a single Linnik interferometer,the new system consists of two interferometers,detection interferometer and compensation interferometer,the former is used to detect the light backscattered from within the sample and the latter is used to compensate the optical path difference in detection interferometer.Broadband halogen light source and high numerical aperture microscopic objectives were used for imaging.En-face tomography images can be obtained by applying the phase modulation method with single chip-based control device.En-face images of onion cells were obtained to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system.Common-path detection interferometer arrangement has the advantage of being insensitive to external environment and has the small size for handheld applications and can be developed to endoscopic probe by using fiber.The proposed system will be helpful for the miniaturization of FF-OCT system and has the potential of hand-held implementation.
