| China's first electric railway-Baoji Chengdu railway opened in July 1975,decades of construction and development,the first batch of electrified railway is facing the problem of aging equipment,service life expiration,the urgent need for electrification.The transformation of railway electrification is a complex and systematic project,complicated construction environment,construction process and construction of traffic conflict of various risk factors lead to frequent accidents,to the railway construction organization and construction personnel have properties and even loss of life,for the study of the risk of railway electrification construction safety renovation project imminent.In this paper,the characteristics of the construction safety of railway electrification reconstruction project and the process of construction safety risk management are expounded in this paper.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the Beijing railway electrification project,from the four aspects of personnel,equipment and material factors,environmental factors,safety management and other factors to identify the risk factors of construction safety,construction of the Beijing railway electrification project construction safety risk evaluation index system;secondly,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Are the main risk factors include poor psychological status,work experience,professional skills,the quality of materials,mechanical equipment,improper operation of safety education is not complete,the construction safety guarantee 7 aspects of technical measures formulation;finally,according to the result of risk assessment,risk response strategies are proposed and the corresponding measures of risk,then the risk the monitoring,implementation of construction safety risk management,dynamic circulation.To further ensure the safety of construction personnel life and property,to enhance the construction safety risk management level of railway electrification transformation project. |
