China's construction has gradually entered the maintenance and reinforcement phase in the context of China's economy prosperity and the ever-expanding scale of urban and rural construction.Some professionals said that about thirty to fifty percent of the buildings' safety will be reduced or gradually step into the functional decline at present,which will greatly affect the lives of people and property safety,and with the background of the appraisal and testing industry of building structure gets rapid development,and promotes the academic community to begin to keep on structural safety research.The structural safety appraisal in the project is a decision-making work of large and complex data,in order to facilitate the work of structural safety appraisal,and achieve accurate and objective decision-making,this paper introduces the concept of Decision Support System(DSS).Based on the understanding of the technical and knowledge theory of building structure safety appraisal and analyzing the architecture of the Decision Support System and the principle of components,this paper studies the existing safety appraisal of building structure Decision Support System with simple structure,clear target,model-driven,modular functional,which can not only improve the current structural safety appraisal industry deficiencies,but also meet the new era of information technology and decision-making science development needs.This paper takes the research achievements of two aspects of building structure safety appraisal and Decision Support System at home and abroad as the theoretical basis.Based on the analysis of the knowledge of existing building structure safety appraisal theory and the characteristics of safety appraisal of existing building structures,the comprehensive safety evaluation model based on Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process(EAHP)and cloud material element is proposed.Among the comprehensive model,the EAHP determines the weight of the indicators,overcomes the traditional subjective impact of AHP,and simplifies the steps of the level of analysis,the cloud matter-element model replaces the value of the feature in the Matter-element model with the cloud parameters,which guarantees the ambiguity and randomness of the features,the cloud correlation degree reflects the correlation of the impact indicators to the safety levels,which assists the safety evaluation of the existing building structure.Based on the study of system architecture and component principle,the DSS of the existing building structure safety appraisal is designed that system architecture is two library three parts.The architecture of the system is mainly through the use of Microsoft Office Access database management system,VC ++ environment MFC class library,ADO database access and numerical calculation tool Matlab to achieve the main function of the system.Based on the DSS design and selection of safety evaluation model,this paper takes a frame-shear wall structure engineering as an example,from the data collection to the system application,and then to the final decision support,details the various steps of system applications,and the comparison between the final evaluation results and the appraisal report further validates the accuracy of the decision support system and provides support to decision makers to a greater extent.
