Recently,the emergency of rapid prototyping technology has promoted a revolution to traditional manufacturing industry,and this technology has become a research hot spot to numerous enterprises and universities both domestic and foreign.The stereolithography technology as the earlist,the most mature and the most widespread rapid prototyping technology,has been studied in depth relatively in its technology,material and application.There are some can be improved in its efficiency compared with above aspects.Therefore,this paper is mainly research on the prototyping efficiency of stereolithography technology.First of all,according to the process of SLA,starting from preliminary data preprocessing,until post process of a parts,the influence factors of SLA prototyping efficiency in a production cycle are analysized.Therein,the effect of laser power and velocity to curing photosensitive resin are analyzed by establishing a mathematical modeling,and a laser power-velocity formula with the best curing efficiency for photosensitive resin in theory is derived.Then,a mathematical model which includes three objective functions and reflects the factors affecting the forming direction is established.Therein,adopted layer number in forming direction to replace parts' height in forming direction as time consuming object,is better closing to the real situation.By using NSGA-II genetic algorithm to optimize multi-objective problem,the relative satisfactory forming direction and the maximum layer height in that direction is found,so as to improve the prototyping efficiency of SLA.After that,a research contraposed to the adaptive slicing algorithmis implemented.In the aspect of slicing algorithm,a local topological relationship betwenn triangle chips in a layer instead of topological relationship between whole triangle chips is adopted so that the computional efficiency is augmented by occupying less internal storage.In the aspect of adaptive rule,an adaptive slicing method using the standard of fixed error volume rate is established.This algorithm is sensitive to shape saltation of component and its slicing result can reflects parts' shape well,it reduces the layer number of parts effectively and improves the efficiency of SLA.Finally,analyzed the application occasion of SLA,established an efficiency optimization method which against small batch and multi-parts application occasion.By analyzing the factors affecting the efficiency of multi-parts for SLA and combining the clustering method,soloved the selection and layout problem in the situation of multi-parts for SLA,thus the production efficiency of SLA for multi-parts has been improved to some extent.By optimizing forming direction,adaptive slicing and establishing a choosen and layout mechanism for multi-parts stereolithography,this article has took some advantages in improving production efficiency of SLA,and provids a foundation for future research on production efficiency of SLA.
