Microwave applicator,as an efficient,fast heating device,its volume,efficiency and intelligence have attracted more and more people's attention.The operation mode of the traditional microwave applicator power supply is that power frequency transformer rise the voltage firstly,then the operation mode output the DC power supply.So,the power supply has some defects such as high weight,big volume,instability and hard to adjust the output power etc.The deficiency can be improved by applying switching power technology.However,the switching loss always exist in switching power,and the switching loss will be increased as the switching frequency and output power increase.Above all,some researchers used the transformer leakage inductance as the resonance parameters of the LLC resonator to achieve soft switching and reduce switching losses.This method can avoid the influence of the transformer leakage inductance in power supply.However,the higher working frequency,the more serious influence of stray capacitances.On the basis of mastering the working characteristics of magnetron and the working principle of the soft-switching,in this paper a microwave applicator power supply design that combine the LCC resonant converter and phase-shifted full-bridge inverter circuit has been put forward.The main works can be described as follows:(1)Combine LCC resonance converter with full bridge inverter circuit,use the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of transformer as resonance parameter to realize soft switch,conduct the design plan of power supply module of microwave applicator.(2)Utilize the Fuzzy PID control to make simulation analysis on phase-shift control of the output voltage of the power supply of the machine.The result shows that it can satisfy the control performance of complex power supply system.(3)Apply fundamental sinusoidal approximation analysis to deduce the mathematical model of microwave power supply,set up the models of LCC resonance circuit,PWM signal producing circuit on simulation platform,and make simulation for verifying the control effect of Fuzzy PID.In this paper,the design of the phase-shift full-bridge LCC resonator in the microwave applicator power supply can realize soft-switching.The results of simulation and experiment show that applying Fuzzy PID to control microwave power supply is effective and feasible.
