Modeling Simulation And Application Of Marine Four-stroke Diesel Engine And Its Control System

In recent years,large-scale marine engine simulator has played an increasingly important role in training crew members,improving crew professional knowledge,ensuring the safety of ship navigation,and assessing crew members.The mathematical model of the four stroke diesel generator in the large marine engine simulator in China is too simple,does not have the function of fault setting and judgment,and can not carry out related training.The mathematical modeling and Simulation of marine four stroke diesel engine and its control system are studied in this paper.Use modular modeling method,constructed the cycle average model of YANMAR 8N330L-GW diesel engine,the mathematical model of UG-25+ electronic governor and diesel engine safety protection module.And use VC++6.0 to complete the calculation of the mathematical model,The simulation results of four stroke diesel engine are obtained.The comparison between the calculated results and the bench test data shows that the simulation error is less than 5%.It is proved that the mathematical model constructed can accurately describe the working process of four stroke diesel engine and its control system.In the development of simulation interface,the simulation interface of four stroke diesel engine and its control system has been developed with VC++ programming language,and the functions of the simulation interface are consistent with the real ship.Finally,the development of four stroke marine diesel engine and its control system simulation model is transplanted to the existing laboratory DMS-2016 marine engine machine integrated simulation platform,complete the linkage of the four stroke diesel engine and other ship systems,synchronous operation and two-dimensional interface and virtual reality system,improve the comprehensive function of marine engine machine simulation platform.The mathematical model of the four stroke diesel engine and its control system in this paper can be used not only for the training and assessment of the trainees in the relevant maritime universities.It can also be used to predict the performance of diesel engines.
