With the crisis of energy and environmental,electric vehicle is worthy of promotion and application for the future,and photovoltaic power generation will be the main energy source of electric vehicle,so the photovoltaic power generation combined with electric vehicle charging to widely construct the electric vehicle PV charging unit is very significant for the energy consumption structure transformation and the reform and upgrading of the auto industry in the future.Qingdao is suitable for photovoltaic power generation and actively implementes the national policy,vigorously promotes the electric vehicle and develops the photovoltaic industry,the research of the Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit is standing in the point of view of the social demand,it can provide decisive reference for the construction of the Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit in the future.According to the special geographical environment of Qingdao,on the basis of the theory of PV power station and the charging ways of electric vehicle,design the overall structure of the Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit,and formulate its working theory.Then on the basis of the structure of the PV charging unit,design the parameters matching scheme of the electric vehicle PV charging unit,it can obtain PV power station parameters by the scheme.According the requirement of the PV charging unit and referring the PV module's installation incline angle,the photovoltaic bracket of the Qingdao PV charging unit is designed,choosing the length of the lateral support bracket and the angle between the lateral support bracket and the inclined bracket as design variables,constraint function is that the mass of the assembly PV bracket is less than its initial mass 50.12 kg,making the maximum stress of the assembly PV bracket to be the minimum one is the objective function,optimizing the structure of the PV bracket,the maximum stress of the optimized assembly PV bracket is reduced by 7.6% than before,its mass and total deformation are slightly reduced too,according to the results of the optimization,design and install the PV bracket.Scheming out the basic circuit structure of the Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit,and the simulation analysis is conducted.Firstly,the simulation model of PV module of the Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit is established,then the PV array model is set up which contains 2 serial and 2 parallel PV modules and combined with the buck-boost converter to realize the maximum power point tracking of the PV array;then design the parameters of inverter filter and grid-connection control of the PV charging unit,and build the inverter simulation model of the PV charging unit,the simulation results conform to the requirements for the grid-connected inverter of the state;the battery charging circuit of the PV charging unit is designed,and its simulation model is build,the simulation results show that the battery can be charged well.By the simulation analysis for the key circuit of the PV charging unit,verify its rationality,reliability and economy.Developing the PV charging unit,and experiment with its electric vehicle and battery charging,the experimental results contrast PV array simulation results,the accuracy of the simulation model and the feasibility of Qingdao electric vehicle PV charging unit are proved,it has an important reference value for the construction of Qingdao PV charging unit.
