With the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent,the development and utilization of renewable energy has become a national energy development trend,including wind power as an important renewable energy power generation,has been rapid development,a substantial increase in installed capacity.But because of randomness and volatility nature of wind power,the wind power is intermittent,schedulability,large-scale wind power grid will cause great influence to the power system security and stability.Therefore,the economic dispatch of power system with wind farms has become the focus of current research.On the basis of a thorough understanding of the domestic and foreign research,this paper establishes an economic dispatch model of power system with wind farm.The model is based on the operation and maintenance cost of wind power and thermal power as well as the environmental cost of power generation.Among them,the wind power uncertainty,the probabilistic modeling method to deduce the probability model of wind power,and the introduction of wind power to overestimate the punishment cost and penalty cost to underestimate the concept;the problem of environmental pollution generated in the thermal power consumption of fossil fuels,the emissions of pollutants to quantify environmental costs included in the total the cost of power generation.At the same time,the constraint conditions of the system are considered,such as the balance of the active power output,the limit of the output of the unit,the reserve of rotation and the constraint of climbing.The model makes the economic dispatch of power system with wind farm more economical and more environmental protection.Considering the genetic algorithm in the evolution of the probability parameters selected by experience shortcomings,put forward the improvement scheme of adaptive adjustment,improve the quality and speed of calculation algorithm for defect;weak local search ability of genetic algorithm,a hybrid algorithm is proposed by combining improved genetic algorithm and hill-climbing algorithm,the new algorithm inherits the global searching ability of genetic algorithm and hill-climbing algorithm local search capability.Finally,simulation is carried out with 5 units and 1 wind farms,the relationship between the cost of power generation and emission were analyzed,the prediction error of wind power generation scheduling considering the environmental cost of thermal power;in effect the output and the amount of sewage;finally through the convergence quality,algorithm comparison solution.To verify the feasibility of the improved hybrid algorithm and effectiveness.
