With the problem of energy and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,the development and utilization of renewable energy has become an effective means to solve the energy shortage and environmental pollution.At present,wind power generation is the most mature and promising renewable energy generation method.But due to the output power of wind power is random,intermittent characteristics of the grid to bring great influence to the safe operation of power system,in order to effectively make full use of wind power,reduce pollution emissions,to reduce system operating costs,reasonable methods of power system dispatching and the effective solving method is of great significance.In this paper,according to the characteristics of wind power generation and the requirements of system optimization operation,the environmental economic dispatching model and solution method of power system including wind farm are studied.First of all,analyses the basic algorithm of the cuckoo and research,on this basis,in view of the cuckoo algorithm to solve the low accuracy in late search and disadvantages such as easily trapped in local minimum by using dynamic search step length and the detection probability of algorithm was improved,and through the three criteria function test,the test results show that the improved algorithm of the cuckoo stronger global searching ability and faster convergence speed.Firstly,the cuckoo algorithm are analyzed and the research,aiming at the existence of cuckoo in the late search algorithm to solve the low accuracy and disadvantages such as easily trapped in local minimum by using dynamic search step length and found that the probability of algorithm was improved,and through the three criteria function test,the test results show that the improved algorithm of the cuckoo stronger global searching ability and faster convergence speed.Secondly,on the basis of deep understanding of domestic and foreign research,the economic dispatching model of power system with wind power is established which takes into account the valve point effect of unit.This model takes the economic cost of thermal power generation unit as the objective function of dispatching.In view of the uncertainty of the output power of wind power generation,it USES positive and negative rotation reserve capacity for constraint treatment,and considers the active power output balance constraint of the system,upper and lower limit constraint of unit output,and climbing constraint.The processing method of constraint conditions and the solving process of improved cuckoo algorithm for scheduling model are explained in detail.The rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by simulation results of examples.Finally,in the economic scheduling model for power systems which contain wind farms,on the basis of considering the environment and economy of thermal power unit containing wind power system economic dispatching model is established,the model for thermal power unit fuel costs and pollution emissions for scheduling goal,for thermal power unit fuel costs and pollution emissions multi-objective optimization problem,the theory of virtual solution to multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into single objective optimization problem,to reduce the complexity of the problem,the simulation results verify the rationality of the model by an example.
