With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the composition of the multiple unit trains is the key link to the construction of our railway,with a significant advantage in safety,stability and high speed.Bogie is a very complex and key technology in the multiple unit trains.The manufacturing and assembling technology of bogie directly affects the safety,stability and reliability of the multiple unit trains.This paper is based on the background of the automatic production line of the bogie assembly of CSR Qingdao Sifang Corporation Limited.Responding to requirements of intelligent manufacturing in C hina,design of assembly line monitoring system is based on WinCC software to complete Automatic production and monitoring task of assembly line.Furthermore,the design is to improve the automation and information level of assembly line.Firstly,this paper introduces the layout and process of the assembly line of the bogie.It gives a description of seven station of producing and overhead carrier and mainly elaborates the function of the wheel unit and components in the auxiliary assembly area.Then,the overall design of the control system of the bogie is described in detail in this paper,including the central control management system,other subsystems of the electrical design and protoco l of the central control system and other systems communication.This paper proposed the scheme of the OPC technology and reading and writing to the SQL intermediate database by changing the trigger variable in order to integrate with MES system.Finally,we configure interface of field and information of subsystem by the external variables of the PLC to monitor assembly line in real time.When starting WinCC,the system reads the INI file to obtain initialization information and encoding JSON through the calling of the DLL file.Analysis of information will be stored in internal variables.In order to meet the needs of production,the system develops supervising system of personnel,parts and work order by using many VBS script and the ADO to read and write database.The control system has been put into preliminary debugging in the enterprise.In this paper,the design of the control system achieves the desired requirements and realized the control requirements of the assembly line.The system can monitor the running status of the assembly line and has a certain stability a nd reliability.Furthermore,the control system resolves the problems in the project and provides a strong guarantee for the enterprise workshop digital engineering.
