With the rapid development of the global economy,people's demand for resources increases more and more,but fewer and fewer resources are available and environmental pollution problems are more serious.So it is an important goal of today's automotive industry to create a new car with low fuel consumption and low pollution emissions.The countries around the world have made unremitting efforts to solve these problems.New energy-saving vehicles which are created mainly include three types in the world: electric vehicle,fuel cell vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle.The electric vehicle is energy-saving and pollution-free except short endurance mileage;the manufacturing cost of the fuel cell vehicle with less emissions is so high that it is difficult to promote on a large scale;as an important means to solve current energy and environmental problems,hybrid electric vehicle blending the advantages of conventional internal combustion engine drive vehicles and other new electric car points out a key direction for contemporary and future automotive development.Hybrid vehicle,a new vehicle,which bonds various energy sources has great significance in improving vehicle dynamics and economy.Therefore,it is necessary to do a further study of hybrid vehicle.In this paper,the development of hybrid vehicles in various countries is summarized,and hybrid vehicle power and fuel economy were qualitatively analyzed,and the relevant calculation methods,characteristic curve diagram,and related evaluation criteria were shown.This paper is followed by XMQ6119AGCHEVD41 hybrid vehicle as the simulation object and AVL CRUISE software is used to establish vehicle model,which mainly includes vehicles,engines,batteries,motor,clutch,transmission,final drive,differential,wheels,car combination of instruments and other related models.Finally,relevant technical indexes about the vehicle dynamic and economic properties were given by setting the appropriate computing tasks in software.The simulation results showed that the vehicle has good dynamic property and its economic property has also been improved compared to conventional buses.The research findings can be used to simulate the actual production models or used in the development and design of new passenger car to reduce vehicle development costs and shorten the creation cycle,which have important values in engineering application and reference for enhancing the production efficiency.
