With the development of modern industrial technology and automation technology,especially the proposal of Industry 4.0,modern manufacturing system tends to be network-based,information-based,automatic,intelligent,and distributed,which makes the systems more complex,dispersed and larger scale.Therefore,modern manufacturing systemsare characterized by the complexity of information exchange between devices,the diversity of communication and the grow of control and monitoring information.However,the traditional measurement and control systems cannot meet the demand of modern industry due to their simpletreatment singalsand control parameters.In the meantime,with the development of digital technology,computer technology,embedded technology and network technology,various measurement and control technologies,devices and methods have emerged in the field of measurement and control,which leads measurement and control systems towards the direction of distribution,and networking.The distributed measurement and control systemsappear according to the characteristics and requirements of modern manufacturing systems.For the characteristics of modern manufacturing systems and the development of modern measurement and control systems,modern measurement and control systemsnot only have the traditionalmeasurement and control systems measurement accuracy,high stability and design and maintenance of simple advantages,and have remote monitoring and control capabilities to ensure that the field control network and remote monitoring and control network data transmission consistency.Therefore,it is significant to develop a safe,stable and reliable distributed measurement and control platform with remote measurement and control function.This thesis takes multiple distributed asymmetric double-sided linear switched reluctance motors(ADLSRM)as the control objects of remote measurement and control.The Controller Area Network(CAN)and Ethernet are selected as the foudation of thecontrol network,which applies STM32F107VCT6 as its microprocessorand uses the real-time operating system μC/OS-II and Lw IP protocol stack as software systems.Test network is composed of LABVIEW and computer.The distributed measurement and control platform based on multiple ADLSRMs not only realizes the remote measurement function of the upper test network to the control network,but also the real-time management to the field devices.Besides,the thesis implements measurement and control of both single-motor devices and multi-motor devices under different topological structures,the design of the distributed measurement and control platform including stable remote measurement,real-time data,information transmission as well as the modification of CAN topology switching scheme are by realized in the platform.This paper has made some research achievement and this platform is expected for further applicationin industy.Main achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)The thesis proposes CAN topology switching protocol to meet the demand of the control system with switching topology according to the diversity of the topological structure for ADLSRM.(2)The thesis designs a type of hardware for protocol conversion from CAN bus to Ethernet to ensure the consistency of data transmission between CAN and test network.(3)The thesis designs a measurement and control interfacebased on LABVIEW and it can display the postion and error information of ADLSRM,at the same time,it can send switching order to the CAN network.
