Research On The Variable Design Of “traditional Incubator Architecture” In The Era Of Mass Creation

In the Crowed innovation Age,innovation incubator develops rapidly.compared to it,the traditional incubator is not unimportant,but to fit higher requirements of times after thirty years development.Traditional incubator building(abbreviateas TIB),as a physical space carrier of traditional incubator,also needs to change.Therefore,it brings an outstanding issue,the internal space of TIB can not meet the requirements among incubators,incubated enterprises and staffs in incubated enterprises under the Crowed innovation Age.This paper firstly analysis the internal factors generated by the demands of space variability in TIBs from three aspects,i.e.the construction and operating mechanism of the incubator,behavior characteristics of incubated enterprises,as well as the staff's demographic and behavioral characteristics.In order to find out the necessity of solutions,the external factors is explored from three points: the technical support,office mode's transformation and upgrading,and the realistic demands of humanities care.Moreover,through the investigation of typical examples of Shenzhen city,the author verifies the the existence of those problems and finds out the limitations of the existing building level solutions at the same time.Then the writer analyzes the causes from building ontology.As a consequence,the space variability design of TIB is obvious.Once more,through the features of the space variable design theory of concept extraction,the definitions of buttress and variable are introduced and given the requirements of multiple attributes and micro design respectively.After completing the construction of space variability design of TIB,the advantages and macro-principles of the TIBare put forward.Finally,the further study on buttress and variable is carried out,which is also the technical support for the space variability design of TIB,according to the construction and macro-principle mentioned above.A simulation design is carried out in application.
